This class is suitable for anyone who wants to get stronger, move better, and reduce posture-related aches and pains from everyday life—whether that's lifting and carrying children, spending hours at a computer, or simply the physical demands of daily life.

As a busy mum myself, I know how easy it is to put yourself last and how difficult it can be to find time to look after your own body. That's why I've created a class that helps you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident, whatever stage of life you're in.

We'll focus on core strength, stability, and functional strength to support you in everyday life. This beginner-friendly class is perfect if you're looking to move more, feel better, and improve your overall wellbeing. You'll leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and calmer, with a focus on breath and mindful movement throughout.

Whether you're completely new to Pilates or haven't exercised in a while, that's absolutely fine. This class is suitable for all abilities, and I provide personalised attention so you always feel supported, challenged at the right level, and able to progress at your own pace.

6-Week Pilates Strength Course

West Park Primary School, Goring-by-Sea — Wednesday's 6:30pm - 7:20pm (50 mins)
6-Week Course — Currently Full

Ever wanted to try Pilates but don't know where to start? Or perhaps you've done a little Pilates before and want to feel stronger and more confident with it?

I'm excited to be introducing my 6-Week Pilates Strength Course — designed especially with beginners in mind. Over six weeks we'll build your strength, core control, stability and confidence through progressive Pilates-based movement.

We'll use bodyweight, resistance bands and light dumbbells, gradually building the challenge as you become more comfortable with the movements.

  • Core & pelvic stability
  • Glutes & lower-body strength
  • Arms, shoulders & back
  • Posture & alignment
  • Balance & stability
  • Mobility & flexibility
  • Pilates-based strength work

And don't worry if you've never done Pilates before — you absolutely don't need any experience to join. We'll start with the foundations and build week by week, so you'll have the chance to learn the movements properly and actually feel your progress. By the end of the six weeks, the aim is for you to feel stronger, more confident and more connected to your body.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Niki!

I started my journey as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Assistant at Imperial College Hospital London, supporting people with movement and exercise.

I’m trained in the APPI Pilates method, a physiotherapist-designed approach that focuses on mindful movement, strength, control and good technique. I’m also Prenatal and Postnatal certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, as well as a Level 2 Group Strength Trainer.

I bring this knowledge into every class, creating supportive and approachable sessions for all abilities and stages of life. Whether you’re building strength, returning to exercise after having a baby, becoming stronger during pregnancy or simply looking to move with more confidence, my classes are designed to help you feel strong, capable and supported.

My aim is simple: to help you move better, build strength and feel more confident in your body — without pressure or perfection.
